Terms and Conditions
Scope of Work: Doherty Brothers Contracting Incorporated agrees to perform the construction services specified in the contract documents, including but not limited to design, labor, materials, and project management.

Payment Terms: Payment for construction services shall be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the contract price, which will be communicated to the client in writing.

Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties through a formal change order process. Doherty Brothers Contracting Incorporated reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and contract price accordingly for approved change orders.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of project cancellation by the client, Doherty Brothers Contracting Incorporated reserves the right to charge for any work completed up to the date of cancellation, as well as any associated costs or expenses incurred.
Insurance and Liability: Doherty Brothers Contracting Incorporated carries appropriate liability insurance coverage and adheres to all safety regulations and industry best practices. However, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for their property during the construction process.
Warranties: Doherty Brothers Contracting Incorporated warrants its workmanship and materials for a period specified in the contract documents, typically one year from the date of substantial completion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or neglect.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the contract shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of United States. Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any disputes in a timely and amicable manner.
Termination: Either party may terminate the contract for cause upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
Governing Law: This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any legal action arising from the contract shall be brought in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
